The Wilton Manors City Commission has adopted the Complete Streets philosophy.

The SR811/ NE 4th Avenue/ Wilton Drive Lane Elimination Project is cosponsored by the Florida Department of Transportation, the City of Fort Lauderdale and the City of Wilton Manors. The road construction portion of the project funded by a grant from the Broward County Metropolitan Planning Organization. ​​The project is in the design phase with construction expected in early 2018.
