PalmTran is partnering with FDOT and Palm Beach County Traffic Engineering to introduce limited stop service with transit signal priority (TSP) along Lake Worth Road and Okeechobee Blvd. The feasibility assessment for the project has been completed. The County is currently preparing the technical engineering specifications. Once the specifications are completed, PalmTran will issue an RFP to construct the TSP, and anticipates the system could be fully integrated within 12 months of issuing the contract.
