PalmTran, the Palm Beach MPO, and FDOT have held meetings to discuss managed lanes and express bus service. PalmTran and FDOT's Transportation, Safety, Maintenance and Operations (TSM&O) team are coordinating on this effort. FDOT would be the responsible party for designing and constructing the managed lanes, and PalmTran would operate the express bus service.
