Comments:

The City of Oakland Park allows high densities in the area surrounding the potential future Tri-Rail Coastal Link station. This area, called the Downtown Mixed-Use Development (DMUD), is designated as a Local Activity Center (LAC), and could provide transit supportive densities if redeveloped. The LAC has a maximum cap for densities, but the City could pursue flex units to provide additional density.
