SFRTA is working with All Aboard Florida and the business community in Miami-Dade County. SFRTA has business community and resident support for the Downtown Miami Link project. In Broward, SFRTA is working with ULI on a recent TOD summit.

Another example of SFRTA's collaboration with the Business community is the implementation of the Wave Streetcar, where the business community, through the Downtown Development Authority of Fort Lauderdale, helped drive the project into reality.
