The City of Boca Raton's Transportation Demand Mangement (TDM) Ordinance requires developments that meet a certain size threshold or include multiple uses implement TDM strategies and provide an annual monitoring report.

As part of the City's alternative traffic concurrency standard for constrained roadways that exceed the adopted roadway LOS standard (as outlined in the City's Comprehensive Plan Transportation Element), development approved pursuant to ATMS must include a TDM program.
