The Palm Beach MPO is creating a scope for the 2045 LRTP and seeks to emphasize all modes equally.

The 2045 LRTP scope of services identified the creation of a Modal Travel Demand Forecast in order to analyze roadway, bicycle, pedestrian and transit forecast travel demand by each mode.
