PD&E study for SR-9/I-95 from South of Hallandale Beach Blvd. to North of Hollywood Blvd. The study will evaluate the concept alternative from the Interchange Concept Development Report (ICDR), and develop two build alternatives consistent with the I-95 express lane project.

The objectives of the build alternatives are to improve capacity, safety and mobility at the Hallandale Beach Blvd, Pembroke Road, and Hollywood Blvd. interchanges.
