Resurfacing project coupled with upgrading sidewalks and curb ramps, repairing drainage structures, upgrading traffic signals to mast arms with pedestrian countdown signals, installing new pedestrian crossings, painting sharrows, and creating alternative bike routes along parallel local streets (FM #428726-1-52-01)
