FDOT Directive 525-030-020 states FDOT's intention to use tolling on limited access facilities on the SHS when adding capacity to an existing highway or when constructing a new highway facility. The Directive also states all additional capacity on interstates shall be express lanes. This Directive was approved in August 2013, and remains effective through August 2016.
